About Alicia Alban

I spent 15 years on Wall Street before I spent a day at home with my kids. Wall Street is a strict, profit-only-matters world. The kind of environment that teaches you discipline and follow through. I built a career there implementing financial systems and budget management solutions. I learned how to take something complicated and make it run leaner, faster, and smarter.
Then I stepped back from all of it to raise four kids. I found that a household runs on exactly the same principles as any company I'd ever worked with. Schedules, budgets, logistics, competing priorities, people who all need something at once.
When my four kids went off to college, I graduated too. From being a mom, back into the workforce. First with Donna Karan in Sag Harbor, then Serena & Lily in East Hampton. Both are premier brands built on precision and presentation, where every client interaction and every detail of a sale reflects on the business itself. I worked directly with a discerning clientele, managing everything from personal styling to custom home orders, always representing the brand at the highest level.
Every one of these roles taught me the same lesson from a different angle: Wall Street, motherhood, luxury retail. How to read a room. Anticipate what someone needs before they say it. Make a high level of service look effortless. Luxury clients often don't have time for the details or the behind-the-scenes logistics of a project. They want ideas and projects moved forward efficiently and confidently.
Years of living in some of the most exclusive communities in the United States have given me a unique perspective on how to manage a high-end household. I've lived in Amagansett, New York City, Piedmont, Rye, and most recently, East Hampton.
That's exactly what I bring to work for high-net-worth individuals and families now. A household is a business. It needs the same structure, the same systems, the same person quietly making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I've spent years managing demanding schedules and high expectations, on Wall Street, raising a family, and on the luxury retail floor. I handle it all so you can focus on your job and live your life.
I'm looking to bring this skill set to busy, successful people and families. Whatever that looks like.
Here's what I know. Every day is different, but every day is also the same. Our lives run on predictable patterns that ground us. They also run on the unexpected, the unpredictable, which is both wonderful and challenging. You probably have the things you love every day that you can't live without: your favorite coffee, your go-to breakfast, that one pair of shoes. But you also have the other kind of moment. Sharing a meal at a new restaurant with good friends. A much-needed getaway. The finest meal in a place you've never been. The kind that creates a memory you carry forward long after the trip is over. That's the concept of luxury I know, from living in special places and working with luxury brands. You want it predictable. But you also want it exciting.
My kids are grown now, which means I have the flexibility this kind of role requires. I can stay and hold down the fort while you travel. Or I can go with you if you need help wherever you're headed. I'm able to travel worldwide, whichever the job calls for.
I have a lifetime of experience that makes me uniquely qualified to help you move forward with your life and leave the details to me. Of course, I want to make sure it's the right fit on both sides. But I'm ultimately looking to help one successful, busy person or family for years to come, not moving from job to job. I have grown to realize the best use of all my skills and experience is helping one family or individual move forward, not many customers.
